Ganpat University Admissions & selection procedure 

Ganpat University offers different courses in areas like Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Computer Applications, Sciences, Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Human Potential Development.
You can apply for admission either online or by filling out a paper form.
 

• If you want to study B.Tech, they look at your scores from the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) and also consider the ACPC Counselling.
• For the M.Tech program, they mainly look at your scores from the GATE exam.
• To get into the B.Arch program, they pay attention to your NATA scores.
• They decide who gets into these programs through something called ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) in Gujarat.
• If you're interested in a Bachelor's in Design, you need to take an entrance exam given by Ganpat University, called GNUDAT.
• And if you want to do M.Phil and Ph.D. courses, you'll have to take a test first, and then there will be an interview done by the university to decide who gets in.

• To arrange industrial tours & training for students in coordination with the departments.
• To prepare students to face the various interviews.

• To plan and implement the continuing education programs.

Process: 

• Placement cell will initiate talks with various companies through personal meetings, e-mails, messages, telephonically etc.
• After confirmation containing openings, information regarding recruitments will be informed to students.
• Once the final job description received from the companies, stating job type, department, package, location, etc. the information will then be informed to students of respective streams and instruct interested candidature for primary registration. 
• Once the number of registration received, companies will be informed accordingly.
• Probable dates of on/off campus will be informed to students.
• Training sessions will be conducted for registered students for updating interview skills.
• Campus drive then gets conducted.
• After the completion of the drive, results will be declared on the same day or in a few days.
• Shortlisted/Selected students will be informed accordingly.
• If companies ask for the final interview round or any other formalities at their premises, the students are informed of the same.
