- Applicants will be chosen based on their previous academic performance and how well they did in exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT.
- Those who make it through this first round will be asked to take part in the next step of the selection process, which involves a test to evaluate their personality and communication skills.
- A final list of candidates will be made by considering their scores in the management entrance test, their past academic records, how they did in the personality assessment and communication test, any extra activities they've been a part of, and any relevant work experience they might have.
- Students who haven't finished their graduation yet may still be accepted, but they'll need to complete their degree requirements before classes start in the second week of July.
- IMS university Placements- The mission of Training & Placement Cell of ISM Patna is to provide students a platform for exercising their potential to gain precious experience by working in industry. It also works as an interface between various organisations seeking talented young graduate and post graduate of different disciplines like Marketing, HR, and Finance etc. We provide training to our students like Aptitude preparation, Personality Development and Spoken English to become employable in private as well as in government sector. The Training & Placement Cell of ISM Patna is well equipped with plenty of infrastructures like Multimedia equipped seminar hall, Lecture theatres, Communication Labs, Group Discussion room, Conference room etc. for Pre Placement Talk & Presentations and Computer labs for online tests. Apart from these, Training & Placement Cell of ISM Patna also has video conference facility available for the students. In addition the Training & Placement Cell of ISM Patna also arranges expert lectures of Industry Managers in both Technical and Human Resource domain for the students and faculty as well. There are various Workshops and Seminars organised during different trimesters for the benefit of students regarding the latest trend and need in the industry. Apart from these, the Lateral Placement at ISM Patna also addresses the need of organisation for management students with prior work experience. Lateral Placement is similar to fresher recruitment but is conducted throughout the year keeping in mind the inherent requirements of such a process. Alumni with more than 3 years of work experience only are eligible for the Lateral Placement process
