• Before a daughter or son of an ex-serviceman declares Karnataka as his home state, evidence of residence must be obtained and presented to the Deputy Director, Department of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement when joining the defence forces.
• Furthermore, the candidate must have passed the qualifying exam from an Indian university, board, or other organisation.

Karnataka PGCET 2022 ME/ M.Tech Guidelines

• Candidates must know whether they are eligible for ME/M.Tech and should be wary of Karnataka PGCET MTech and ME Eligibility. The following are some criteria for Eligibility Criteria that students should remember:
• For at least seven academic years, the candidate must have studied and passed in one or more government recognised educational or government institutions located in the state of Karnataka (from class 1 to qualifying examination).

• The candidate must have taken and passed either the SSLC / 10th standard or the 2nd PUC / 12th standard examinations at a government-approved institution in Karnataka.
• The candidate must have studied and passed the qualifying examination in the state of Karnataka at a state-run or authorised educational institution.
• Either of the candidates' parents (mother or father) must have completed a minimum of 7 years of study in a government-approved institution in Karnataka.
• A candidate or a parent of a candidate must have lived in Karnataka for at least seven years.

Karnataka PGCET 2022 GATE Eligibility

• Candidates with a valid GATE score will be given first priority in the Karnataka PGCET 2022. Before taking the exam, candidates should check their Gate scores as well as the parameters listed below.
• With their GATE score, candidates can apply to Karnataka PGCET 2022.
