Any candidate claiming to be from the SC/ST category who obtains a rank in the TS EAMCET with the benefit of a relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks will have their claim cancelled if the claim is found to be invalid at the time of admission to any course of study in any participating University/Institution.

To rate all of the applicants on a comparative basis, the authorities will use the normalisation method. Normalization will be used to balance the difficulty and ease of the TS EAMCET 2022 papers given to the applicants. The authorities will adopt the following normalising procedure:
GMS + Global Top Average – GMS divided by Session Top Average – SMS
X (SMS – Marks Obtained by the Applicant)
SMS refers (Average + Standard Deviation) of the session in which the applicant belongs to.
GMS refers to (Average + Standard Deviation) of all applicants across all the sessions together.
Top Average Session refers to average marks of the top 0.1 percent of all candidates in the session in which the applicant is enrolled are referred to as session. The average grades of the top 0.1 percent of all applicants throughout all sessions are referred to as Top Average Global.
Offline counselling for the TS EAMCET 2022 will take place in three phases. To be considered for the procedure, all qualified individuals must apply for the counselling process. Candidates must pay one-time counselling fees when applying for the same. After submitting an application for counselling, candidates must select a college and have their documents verified. Finally, the authorities will announce the results of the allotment.
