Both of these steps have been described in detail below.

WBJEE 2022 Scores Calculation

Following the marking scheme, the WBJEE 2022 scores can be determined. The total number of correct answers is added, and the number of erroneous responses is subtracted to arrive at the final score. Every category described in the WBJEE Exam Pattern has a different method for calculating scores.

Category 1:

  • There is just one option that is correct.
  • Each question is worth one point.
  • When marking invalid responses, 14 points will be deducted.

Category 2:

  • There is just one option that is correct.
  • Each question is worth two points.
  • Marking erroneous responses will result in a 12-point deduction.

Category 3:

  • It's possible that one or more of the possibilities are correct.
  • Two marks will be awarded for each right answer.
  • Total marks = 2 X (number of correct options/total number of correct options) for a partially accurate response.

WBJEE Seat Matrix 2022
