Exam Day Instructions for NEET MDS 2022

Candidates should be aware that the reporting time refers to the moment when they arrive at the exam center's reporting counter. The candidate should arrive at the reporting counter at least 2 hours before the exam begins. The reporting counter will close 30 minutes before the exam begins. At the reporting counter, the following actions will take place:

  • Capture of the thumbprints on the left hand: All candidates' left thumbprints will be taken electronically, and applicants are asked to work together with the on-duty staff.

  • Candidates should enter according to the time slots listed on their admit cards: To minimise crowding at the exam venue, candidates must report to the test venue's 'Reporting Counter' at the time specified on their admit cards.
  • Entry Points with a Barcode/QR Code Reader: The candidate will show the admit card and ID evidence to the invigilator standing across the table with a barcode/QR code reader for verification.
  • Isolation Labs: All candidates will be screened for fever with thermo guns at the entry point. If a candidate's fever is higher than usual or he or she exhibits any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 infection, the exam will be conducted in a separate isolation lab.
  • The candidate will be directed to their designated work station by the test centre invigilator or on-duty staff.
  • Candidates should also examine the requirements for mandatory documents on the day of the examination and follow them.

Key Instructions for the NEET MDS 2022 Exam Center -Banned Items

The NEET 2021 exam includes the most stringent set of rules and regulations that a candidate must adhere to. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTA) has compiled a comprehensive list of products that are prohibited. Candidates who are found in possession of such items would be barred from taking the NEET 2021 exam. Candidates should read the list of forbidden goods below.

  • The use of stationery, printed or any other type of paper other than the admit card and ID proof is prohibited inside the exam hall.
  • Inside the test centre, items such as a geometry/pencil box, calculator, pen, scale, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, and so on will be prohibited.
  • Mobile phones, Bluetooth, earbuds, pagers, health bands, and other communication devices are absolutely prohibited.
  • Wristwatches, wallets, handbags, belts, headgear, and jewellery are all forbidden.
  • Microchips, Bluetooth, and cameras are prohibited in the exam room.
